Can the centralised cooling indoor unit(s) be installed in the Bomb Shelter?

No. This is not allowed as we will need to comply with the authority’s regulations for the use of the household shelter. The household shelter has strengthened walls, floors, ceiling, and a specially designed door. These must not be hacked or drilled into as stipulated by HDB. All installation works using power driven nails onto the internal household shelter walls is also not allowed by SCDF.
