Is there a warranty covering the centralised cooling indoor unit(s)? Will the warranty be void if I do not sign up for the extended services per year as recommended?
Yes, the standard warranty coverage is for the first year and starts from the date our supply agreement is signed by you. Extended warranty for Year 2-5 will be available for optional sign-ups. All warranties will be backed directly by SP and Daikin. Do note that any self-modifications or servicing mishandling of your CCS indoor units by 3rd party servicing contractors may void the standard warranty.
