Does the evaporator unit support modes like dry mode, fast cool mode, night/sleep mode?

Our IUs are designed to provide operating mode such as Dry, Fast Cooling and Sleep Mode to enhance optimal cooling needs.

Given the chiller plants are at the top of the blocks, will this open up the possibility of Legionella Bacteria spreading through the use of centralised cooling?

The centralised cooling system is compliant to NEA requirement for noise, vibration, and Legionella Bacteria. The water is confined in a closed circulating system and will NOT have direct contact with the air. The cooled air is produced locally in the indoor cooling unit located in each house, the same as current split unit in resident home. There is no “central” distribution of air
