Your chilled water bill is calculated based on the usage within your household. From the BTU meter installed outside your premise, your actual chilled water usage is based on the metered consumption, in units of kilowatt refrigerant hours (kWrh), multiplied by the prevailing chilled water usage rate ($/kWrh).
