Households that have signed up for CCS will have a separate meter for chilled water usage housed in a dedicated riser outside the unit to track chilled water usage, similar to water and gas meters. The chilled water usage will then be reflected as a separate line item in your household's monthly SP Utilities bill. There is no overlap between your chilled water usage and other utilities-related bill.
