Once you have completed your key collection at HDB Hub, proceed to SP Customer Service Centre at Level 9 to:

• Open SP Utilities account online via the SP app
• Make payment for your CCS FCU by scanning the Paynow QR code via SP app
• Receive a briefing on the CCS Chilled Water Supply Agreement
• Make appointment for your CCS FCU handover 

Your SP Utilities supply must be activated prior to the CCS handover session.
