You may need to check if the valves in the CCS riser outside your unit and/or isolator inside your unit are turned on. You may also want to check the FCU setting on the remote control. You may refer to the CCS Turn-on Checklist provided in the CCS Welcome Kit for details.  

In addition, dirty filters and irregular servicing of FCUs can significantly reduce their efficiency.
