• Air filter
• Remote control
• Control valve
• Front cover (for wall-mounted fan coil unit)
• Steam cleaning
• Cutting & opening of ceiling access holes
• Installation-related materials such as fittings, trunking & insulation
• Any alteration by third parties on the design, modifying of parts & etc. that indirectly contributed to parts or system failure
