Will I be refunded if I have an existing servicing package with SP Group?

Yes. We will issue a refund of the amount equivalent to the number of unutilised and unexpired sessions under your existing package. Do note that we will process the refund only upon your successful sign-up for the MyTengah Care+ Programme. 

If your previous package has been fully utilized or has expired, no refund will be issued. You remain eligible to sign up for MyTengah Care+ Programme and enjoy its benefits.
